CFS Custodial Services provides cleaning services for IUPUI buildings, manages waste recycling and provides support for event set ups.
Project cleaning such as floor refinishing, carpet shampooing/extraction, wall washing, etc. are scheduled to accomplish Baseline Service projects beyond baseline service will be charged back to the requesting department. You can request project work by submitting a Request for Service form.
